Product Structure Diagram

Product Structure Diagram
  1. Three-point linkage frame

It is designed to connect to the tractor’s rear three-point linkage, ensuring stable mounting and facilitating both traction operations and the lifting and lowering control of implements.

  2. Rear leveling baffle

The red leveling baffle assists in smoothing the soil after operations, enhancing surface appearance and improving the quality of land preparation.

  3. Transverse drive shaft/Fixed shaft

It is used to connect and support the working structure, ensure the orderly arrangement of components, and enhance the stability of the entire machine during operation.

  4. Main girder frame

The red, thickened steel‑structure main girder supports the tine assembly, springs, and blade‑tip components, serving as the core foundation for the machine’s installation, connection, and load bearing.

  5. Finger holder

It is used to secure the tine and spring assembly, ensuring a robust connection that facilitates disassembly and maintenance while guaranteeing stable operation of each working unit.

  6. Shock-absorbing spring

The black spring cushions operational impacts, enabling the tines to adapt to varying soil resistance and enhancing the machine’s overall traction and durability.

  7. Elastic tillage tooth

The red arc-shaped tines offer excellent elasticity, making them well suited for loosening soil, breaking up clods, and weeding. They enter the soil steadily and are resistant to deformation.
