EASCOUTiA is operated by 易运盈(山东)网络科技有限公司, referred to below as “we”, “us” or “our”. We value your personal information and privacy. This policy explains the personal information we process when you use the marketplace, why and how we process it, how long we retain it, and how you can manage it.
Please pay particular attention: information needed for registration and sign-in, and information you provide when you choose to use procurement, inquiry and customer support services, are used for the respective services. Registration or sign-in does not constitute blanket authorization for marketing subscriptions, non-essential analytics or matters requiring separate consent by law. Subject to applicable law, you may access, copy, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent or request account cancellation.
I. Scope and operator
This policy applies to processing of your personal information during registration, sign-in and account management at www.eascoutia.com, and when you choose to use procurement contact, inquiry and customer support services.
Operator: 【易运盈(山东)网络科技有限公司】
Contact address: 【山东省济宁市充州区龙桥街道扬州北路89号金融中心办公楼A座303室】
Privacy contact email (business email account): info@eascoutia.com
Company names and similar information in business procurement accounts may be corporate information. Where a contact person's name, email, phone number or other information identifies a natural person, we still process it in accordance with personal information protection requirements. Provide other people's contact details only with appropriate authority and a lawful basis, and inform them of the purpose of this procurement contact.
When you follow marketplace links to services independently provided by other entities, please also read their privacy rules. We remain legally responsible for our own personal information processing activities.
II. Information we collect and how we use it
We collect information you choose to enter or submit, and necessary records generated when you use our services. Collection is limited to the minimum necessary for the specific service purpose.
1. Registration and email verification
| Information category | Specific information | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Account identifiers | Email address and system-generated account identifier | Create and identify your account and associate account information you are authorized to access |
| Verification information | Email verification code, sending and verification results, and relevant times | Verify the right to use the email address and prevent email impersonation, abusive code sending and duplicate registration |
| Sign-in credentials | Secure verification credentials corresponding to the password you set | Verify your identity and protect account access |
| Procurement information | Personal or business procurement type, country/region, contact name, mobile number and country dialing code; company name for business procurement | Establish procurement contact information and support the relevant procurement services and business procurement coordination |
Email, verification information and password credentials are used for email account registration and authentication. Mobile numbers are used for procurement contact, not as sign-in credentials in this email sign-in process. You select your country/region for procurement contact and regional identification; it is not precise location obtained from device positioning.
Required procurement information: 【To be confirmed: assess individually whether contact name, country/region, mobile number, procurement type and company name are necessary for the selected service; specify whether each field is required or optional and the specific consequences of refusal】. At collection, we explain which information is required and why. Refusing information necessary for your selected service may affect that service. Refusing unrelated or optional information does not affect the corresponding basic services.
2. Sign-in, sign-out and account security
When you sign in, we verify your identity using email and password credentials and process the account identifier, sign-in or sign-out time, authentication result and necessary session identifiers to maintain your session, control access to account information and handle abnormal sign-ins.
For service and account security, we process 【To be confirmed: specify the IP address, browser type, operating system type, necessary access times and error logs actually collected; remove items not collected】 to identify abnormal requests, investigate faults and meet applicable cybersecurity obligations. We do not use “security” as a reason to collect unrelated device information.
If a “stay signed in” function is available, we retain the necessary sign-in state after you select it and explain its duration at that function. Signing out ends the current sign-in session; signing out and account cancellation have different effects.
3. Account information and related records
When you view or request correction of information, we process the relevant account information and change records to keep it accurate. We also retain appropriate records of privacy notices, consent, withdrawal and rights requests to demonstrate your choices and handle personal information protection requests.
If you apply for procurement eligibility, we use the registration information already provided, together with application and review results, to provide that eligibility service. Account registration, procurement eligibility and verification of customer support contact details each serve their own purposes and do not replace one another.
4. When you choose to use inquiry and customer support services
When you submit an inquiry, we process the contact person and contact details, selected products, specifications, quantities, destination country/region and other procurement requirements you submit to record the request and arrange contact and follow-up by business staff. Specific fields appear on the relevant form. The inquiry contact is recorded separately from account information; submitting an inquiry does not automatically change your account contact.
When you use customer support, we process the email, phone or WhatsApp contact details, verification records, messages, files and related file information you choose to provide, to verify contact details, answer questions and assist with procurement. Please avoid including identity documents, financial accounts, health information or other people's personal information that is unrelated to the issue.
If AI support is available, the service entry point identifies it as AI and explains the provider processing messages, information scope and purposes. After you confirm transfer to a human, we provide the receiving business staff with the contact details for this service, necessary account identifiers, source marketplace, relevant products, messages and summary for this conversation, and transfer time to continue the service. Transfer does not include unrelated browsing history or business documents. AI service providers and their processing scope: 【To be confirmed and completed in the list in Section V】. If identifiable conversations or files are to be used separately for model training, we explain the purpose and rules separately and meet applicable notice, consent and other legal obligations.
Information for these services is processed as needed when you actually use the relevant function. Registration or sign-in alone does not mean you have submitted an inquiry or started a customer support conversation.
5. Service notices, marketing and usage analytics
We use your email to send verification codes, account security reminders and communications necessary to complete services you request. Necessary service notices are managed separately from promotional and other marketing messages.
If marketing subscriptions are offered, we request your choice separately and provide an unsubscribe method. Refusing or cancelling a subscription does not affect normal registration, sign-in or basic account services.
If non-essential usage analytics or procurement preference analysis is enabled, the relevant notice specifies 【To be confirmed: the page visits, searches, product interactions, inquiry or support events and associated identifiers actually collected】 to identify process issues, analyze product interest and improve procurement services. Where consent is required, we provide a choice first; refusing or withdrawing it does not affect basic account services. For automated recommendations or decisions with a significant impact on your rights and interests, we provide explanations and applicable ways to refuse in accordance with law.
This registration and sign-in process does not require identity document numbers, biometric information, bank card information or precise location. If a future service requires sensitive personal information, we separately explain the necessity, effects and safeguards and obtain the separate consent required by law.
III. Legal bases and changes of purpose
We determine the appropriate legal basis for each processing activity under applicable law. Information necessary to conclude or perform a service contract to which you are a party, or to fulfil legal obligations, is processed only to the extent necessary. For other processing requiring consent, we obtain your voluntary, clear consent after fully informing you.
In business procurement, we assess the lawful basis for processing contact persons' personal information separately; a corporate contract is not automatically authorization to process every contact person's personal information.
We do not interpret “agreement to this policy” as unlimited authorization for any future purpose. Before changing consent-based processing purposes, methods or information categories, we inform you again and obtain consent as required by law. Matters requiring separate consent are handled separately.
IV. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a website in your browser. Local storage and session storage can also hold necessary page state. We use these mechanisms to maintain sign-in, complete security checks and restore actions you previously chose to start after sign-in.
The actual usage list below covers names, providers, purposes and validity periods:
| Category | Stored information and purpose | Management |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary sign-in and security storage | Necessary session identifiers and authentication state for sign-in and security checks | Clear by signing out or through browser settings; disabling may prevent remaining signed in |
| Necessary action recovery storage | Actions or form state you chose to initiate, to return to the relevant service process | Clear through browser settings; unsubmitted local content may not be recoverable |
| Non-essential analytics storage | To analyze marketplace visits and procurement processes, we record page views, product and function-button clicks, searches and filters, time spent, and corresponding event times, products and visit session identifiers. Analytics exclude passwords, verification codes, complete contact details, customer support conversations and file contents. | Request withdrawal through info@eascoutia.com; basic registration and sign-in are unaffected |
You can manage this storage through browser settings. For non-essential analytics or marketing tracking requiring consent, we obtain the applicable consent before processing. Accepting necessary sign-in storage does not signify acceptance of other tracking.
V. Who processes your information
Only staff with relevant service duties may access personal information within the necessary scope, and we manage their access permissions. Procurement requests are provided to the business staff responsible for following up that request, not to unrelated staff.
When engaging service providers to process information, we agree on purposes, duration, scope and protection obligations and supervise accordingly. Providers may not use entrusted information for their own marketing or other independent purposes without authorization.
If another entity independently determines processing purposes and methods, we explain the recipient and processing matters and obtain separate consent where required by law. Information provided to competent authorities is limited to what applicable law requires and what is necessary.
Service providers and information processing scope:
The following sets out the scope and restrictions for each service category. We are responsible for the relevant personal information processing. Any external provider we engage may process information only within the agreed scope. Contact info@eascoutia.com to inquire about processing or exercise personal information protection rights.

Privacy contact: yiyunying2026@163.com | Recipient email, verification code or necessary service email content, sending time and delivery result to verify email usage rights and send account security and necessary service notices | Only information necessary to send the relevant email is provided. Privacy contact: info@eascoutia.com | Necessary account identifiers, procurement type, company name, country/region, eligibility, registration and current contact information, products and procurement needs; support also includes this conversation, summary and voluntarily sent files, to accept requests, contact customers and continue service | Staff access is limited by duties. External entrusted parties' processing is restricted; disclosures and required consent are arranged for other independent recipients. Human transfer includes only the current service context listed in Section II, not unrelated browsing history or business documents. | Retain requests, conversations and files for their respective periods in Section VII. Temporary contacts do not automatically replace account contacts. No unauthorized use for business unrelated to this procurement or consultation. |

Privacy contact: info@eascoutia.com | The current question, relevant product information, necessary conversation context and conversation identifiers, as explained at the service entry, to generate answers and service summaries. Whether contact details, files or file contents are transmitted must be separately explained and limited to necessity. | Necessary information is submitted through protected interfaces. Sign-in passwords and email verification codes are not provided. Before external model transmission, the provider and processing rules are explained. Entrusted parties may not expand purposes; separate model training on identifiable information requires the applicable notices and consent. | Process at the locations and for the periods in Sections VI and VII. Ordinary AI support use is not permission for model training or file parsing. No undisclosed advertising or other independent use of conversations. |
| Non-essential analytics, if enabled | We are responsible for usage analytics and procurement preference analysis; any external analytics provider is separately disclosed. Privacy contact: info@eascoutia.com | Page visits, searches, product interactions, inquiry or support events, event times and necessary de-identified linking identifiers within the disclosed and lawfully authorized scope, to analyze service paths, process drop-off, product interest and procurement preferences | Prioritize minimum necessary events and aggregate results. Data still linkable to accounts remains protected personal information. Obtain consent before enabling where required and provide refusal and withdrawal. Passwords, verification codes and complete support messages and files are not transmitted. | Retention and browser storage validity follow Sections VII and IV respectively. Refusal or withdrawal does not affect basic registration and sign-in. No unauthorized identification across purposes or unrelated marketing. |
We do not sell personal information or provide your contact details to unrelated third parties for marketing. For public disclosure or transfer resulting from merger, division or similar events, we meet the corresponding legal notice, consent and protection obligations.
VI. Storage locations and cross-border transfers
The main storage location for account and contact information, logs and similar information is 【To be completed: actual country/region】. Actual processing locations of external providers must be specified here and in the corresponding disclosures in Section V.
Cross-border transfers: 【To be confirmed: whether information is sent to overseas providers, accessed remotely by overseas personnel, hosted overseas or backed up overseas; if so, specify each recipient, country/region, contact details, information scope, purposes, methods, retention period and ways to exercise rights】.
For cross-border provision of personal information, we follow procedures required by applicable law, explain the overseas recipient and specific processing, obtain legally required separate consent and take corresponding safeguards. Cross-border processing arising from overseas email, communication or AI services must also be disclosed in the actual processing list.
VII. How long we retain information
Unless laws or administrative regulations require otherwise, we retain personal information only for the shortest period necessary for the specific processing purpose, then delete or anonymize it. Anonymized data cannot identify you and cannot be restored to identify you.
| Information category | Retention period or method of determination | Action when the period ends |
|---|---|---|
| Account identifiers, password credentials and account information | While the account exists and remains necessary to provide account services; clear within 30 calendar days after cancellation takes effect or the information is no longer necessary, except information legally requiring further retention | Immediately stop sign-in access and invalidate password credentials when cancellation takes effect; delete or anonymize information within that period |
| Email verification codes and verification records | Codes are valid for 5 minutes and are immediately invalidated and cleared after successful verification or expiry. Sending and verification security records excluding code content are retained for 6 months from creation. | Clear codes; delete or anonymize security records at expiry |
| Sign-in, security and fault logs | Sign-in and cybersecurity logs: 6 months from creation. Ordinary debugging logs outside statutory retention: 30 days from creation. Longer periods required by applicable law take precedence. | Delete or anonymize at expiry |
| Inquiry contact details, support messages and files | Inquiries that do not result in a transaction: 2 years after the request is closed. Ordinary support messages and files: 1 year after the conversation ends. Necessary records involving transactions, complaints or disputes are retained separately as required by applicable law and the relevant matter. | Delete or anonymize at expiry; do not retain indefinitely merely as “historical records” |
| Marketing subscriptions and non-essential analytics | Subscription information: while the subscription is active, then clear within 30 calendar days of unsubscribe or effective account cancellation. Individual behavioral analytics events: 6 months from occurrence. Anonymized aggregate statistics: 24 months from creation. | Clear or anonymize. Stop marketing immediately when unsubscribe takes effect. After analytics consent is withdrawn, stop the corresponding non-essential collection and delete or anonymize personal analytics data within 30 calendar days. Retain only the minimum unsubscribe indicator for as long as necessary to respect the choice. |
| Privacy choices and rights request records | Necessary notice, consent and withdrawal evidence: for the authorization period and 3 years after it ends. Necessary handling records for access, correction, deletion, cancellation and other rights requests: 3 years after completion. | Delete or anonymize at expiry; retain only what is necessary to demonstrate the choices and request handling |
| Personal information in backups | Clear through backup rotation within 90 calendar days after deletion from the main system | Restrict access and use before clearance. If backups are restored for disaster recovery, reapply deletion so deleted information is not restored to ordinary business use. |
Where law requires further retention or deletion is technically difficult, processing is restricted to storage and necessary security protection. We explain the reasons and scope of any applicable exception to you when you make a request.
VIII. How we protect personal information
We adopt technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information categories and risks, including protecting transmission, safeguarding password credentials, limiting staff access, recording necessary security operations and establishing incident response procedures. Staff and entrusted providers must comply with corresponding confidentiality and protection obligations.
Keep your password and verification codes secure and do not share them. Contact us using the details in this policy if you suspect account impersonation or information leakage.
If personal information is or may be leaked, altered or lost, we promptly take remedial measures and fulfil reporting and notification obligations under applicable law. This section does not reduce or exclude our legal responsibility to protect personal information.
IX. Managing your personal information
You may submit the following requests to info@eascoutia.com. Account information viewing functions, where available, may also be used to access the corresponding information.
| Right | Requests you may make |
|---|---|
| Access and copies | Understand the information we process about you and request a copy |
| Correction and completion | Correct inaccurate or complete incomplete information |
| Deletion | Request deletion where the purpose has been fulfilled, retention is no longer necessary, the period has ended, relevant consent is withdrawn, processing is unlawful or other applicable circumstances arise |
| Withdrawal of consent and restriction | Withdraw consent-based choices or exercise applicable rights to restrict or refuse processing |
| Account cancellation | Request that account services stop and the corresponding information be handled; signing out does not automatically cancel the account |
| Information transfer | Request transfer to your designated recipient where the legal conditions are met |
| Explanations and complaints | Request explanations of processing rules, raise concerns or complain to competent authorities as provided by law |
We verify identity only as necessary to prevent impersonation. Verification information is used solely for the request, and we do not require unrelated information.
After receiving your request and completing necessary identity verification, we respond within 【To be completed: a definite response period】, or the shorter period required by applicable law. If all or part of a request cannot be met, we explain the specific reasons and available options.
Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing already carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal. Withdrawing consent relating to information necessary for a service may prevent continuation of that service; choices unrelated to other services do not affect them. Where another lawful basis requires continued processing, we explain the basis and scope.
After account cancellation, we stop the corresponding services and handle information according to Section VII. Information requiring legal retention is kept only within the required scope and period. Unsettled business matters and retention obligations are specifically explained and are not grounds to refuse cancellation or deletion indefinitely.
X. Protection of minors
Marketplace procurement services are primarily intended for adults with the corresponding civil legal capacity. Minors should read this policy under a guardian's guidance and use services appropriate to their age and capacity.
If processing personal information of children under 14 is necessary, we obtain guardian consent as required by law, establish special processing rules and take appropriate safeguards. If such information is found to have been collected without meeting requirements, we stop processing and take deletion or other remedial measures as required by law. Guardians may contact us at the privacy email address.
XI. Policy updates
We update this policy as services and processing change, and display the update date, effective date and accessible version on the page.
For important changes to purposes, information scope, recipients or personal rights, we explain the changes through prominent page notices or appropriate notifications. Where renewed consent is required, the relevant processing starts only after that consent; continuing to sign in or use the marketplace is not automatically treated as the required new consent.
